Tim Valenta
IT Manager
Tim is a native of Minneapolis, MN and later moved to American Fork, UT where he graduated from High School. He joined the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician and served 6 years active duty aboard a nuclear submarine. Upon returning home he served 18 months as a volunteer church missionary in Argentina. Afterwards, he began working for Unisys Corp. as part of their field service team, and then with Fonar, one of the original MRI manufacturers in the United States as a service engineer. He joined the team at Lexington Diagnostic Center in 1995 as an MRI service engineer and has expanded that role through designing and managing the center’s network and computer systems, communications equipment, and PACS system. He also provides custom programming solutions to improve workflow at LDC. He is a senior certified Electronics Technician and is now the IT Manager with over 35 years experience with electronics and computer systems. Tim married his wife Loretta in 1985 and they have 6 children.
