Front Office & Scheduling Supervisor
Victoria is a native Kentuckian who grew up in Woodford County and graduated from Bryan Station High School. She received her certificate as a Certified Medical Assistant from the University of Kentucky. Victoria has worked in the medical field for over 23 years including work at University of Kentucky Dept. of Neurology, Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and the last 17 years at Lexington Diagnostic Center.
She is the Front Office Supervisor, managing a team of reception and scheduling staff. Her responsibilities include supervising employees, scheduling patients, securing pre-certification from insurance companies for scheduled tests and working with scheduling departments at referring providers’ offices.
Victoria is the mother of three and grandmother to one. She loves to read and is passionate about basketball, especially when her son is playing.
