We are happy to offer our patient portal which enables our patients to access their radiology reports. If you provided your email to our registration staff, then the "Patient Portal Activation Code" and instructions to create a login should have been emailed to you. If you did not provide your email address, or did not receive that email, please feel free to give us a call at 859-278-7226 and someone will assist you. You may also obtain a copy of your report from the healthcare provider that referred you to our office.
Reports are loaded onto the portal after 7 business days and can be accessed by clicking the red Patient Portal button
